The front page of my progress folder. There’ll be one page a day charting my degree work, religion, food intake, exercise. Everything. Maybe even once a week I’ll print a picture of myself and stick it in there so I can see progress.
This is me now. I hate it. It makes me feel sick to post it but this is what I need to change. When I lose weight it will improve my skin as well, the excema will hopefully go with the flab.

To get thinner.
To stop self-harming.
To eat better food.
To exercise.
To do better in my degree.
To put more effort into my religion.
