This is me now. I hate it. It makes me feel sick to post it but this is what I need to change. When I lose weight it will improve my skin as well, the excema will hopefully go with the flab.

This will be charting my progress to a better, thinner, more successful life. This is a journey that will never end. This is me, trying to be better.

To get thinner.

To stop self-harming.

To eat better food.

To exercise.

To do better in my degree.

To put more effort into my religion.

This is my journey.
